Service Provided at any Dealership

Your Chrysler Service Contract will be honored at ALL Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep® Dealerships located in North America (in certain circumstances additional independent facilities may also be authorized). Other service programs and extended warranty plans not authorized by Chrysler may not let you visit a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep® dealer or may even limit you to a single location.

Genuine Parts

We guarantee the use of genuine Mopar® parts. Independent providers could substitute non-standard parts that were not specifically designed for use with your Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep® vehicle. With a Chrysler Service Contract you are always assured original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts by Mopar®.
